I’m Beth — a problem-solver by nature and a process-fixer by trade.
After years of cleaning up corporate operations and helping big companies stop tripping over their own red tape, I realized something: small business owners are fighting the same battles — just without the staff, time, or caffeine budget.

So I built Brass Tactics to help local businesses across Northeast Ohio stop duct-taping their operations together and start running smoother, faster, and smarter.

I’ve spent over a decade working in process improvement, SaaS operations, and strategy, and now I channel that experience into hands-on support for small businesses drowning in inefficiency, tech clutter, and “just-wing-it” workflows.
