WHO EVEN IS SHE, ANYWAY
WHO EVEN IS SHE, ANYWAY
The Short
Meet Beth: Helping Small Businesses Conquer Chaos & Boost Profits
The Long
I’m a problem-solver by nature and a process-fixer by trade. After spending years optimizing operations, implementing tools, and untangling inefficiencies for companies big and small, I realized I could build my own business doing what I do best—helping local and small business owners stop winging it and start running like a well-oiled machine. Even if you're a team of one or just a few, you deserve to operate smoothly.
I’ve worked in process improvement, SaaS, business operations, and strategy, and now I offer that know-how through Brass Tactics, specifically for small businesses drowning in inefficiency and decision fatigue. Think of me as your on-call expert for those nagging process bottlenecks or those creeping costs you can't quite pinpoint.

If you’re tired of chasing your tail, wasting time on clunky tools and broken systems, and wondering if your business should really be this hard—it doesn’t have to be. Especially when you're wearing all the hats. I connect the dots, cut the fluff, and help you build or refine systems that actually work so you can focus on what you love, not the operational headaches.
Whether you need to ditch some manual busywork, get more out of the tools you already pay for, find smart ways to trim expenses, or finally organize your backend operations, I’ve got you covered with focused, actionable solutions.
Who I Work With
Unlike some consultants, I don’t care about how big your org chart is—I care about chemistry and impact. If you’re a small business owner who's open to fixing what’s broken, ready to operate smarter, and not afraid to challenge how things have “always been done” (even if "always" was just last week), we’ll get along great.
On the other hand, if you love overcomplicating things, ignoring obvious inefficiencies, or treating your team (even if it's just you!) like replaceable cogs, I’m probably not your person. (Looking at you, chaotic corporate overlords. 👀 Small biz doesn't have time for that drama.)
I’m unapologetically me, for you.
I don’t just offer quick fixes—I care about your business's sustainable success and your sanity as an owner. That means challenging bad habits, pushing past comfort zones, and giving you solutions that actually work (even if they’re not what you expected).
Once we start working together through Brass Tactics, expect brutal honesty, strategic clarity, and maybe a little tough love. But hey, better me than your bank account (or your burnout level)."
